dolores o'callaghan
Dolores is an accomplished artist with a Bachelors degree in Fine Art. She was awarded a full scholarship to study Art and Art History at SUNY Binghamton where she received her Masters degree.
She taught art for over twenty years in the Yonkers Public Schools for all grades from Pre K through high school and ended her career as the Unified Arts Chairperson. Dolores was then offered an art teaching position at the Greenwich Public Schools, Greenwich Connecticut. Here she taught elementary and high school art for over ten years.
Now retired, Dolores enjoys painting in acrylics. She paints coastal landscapes, shells, beach views, and lighthouses.
She splits her time between Bald Head Island, NC. and Guilford, CT.
